Butch Conz Served Permanent Injunction: Entered in Georgia Case Involving Use of Veterans for America First (VFAF) Name — L-Strategies v. Conz (2024-CV-0334)

NEWNAN, GA — A Georgia Superior Court order in L-Strategies, LLC v. Edward Conz, Jr., a/k/a Butch Conz (Civil Action File No. 2024-CV-0334) grants L-Strategies’ motion for willful contempt and issues sanctions, including a permanent injunction related to operation of entities using the Veterans for America First / VFAF name.

The order describes an earlier Order Compelling Discovery dated May 15, 2025, and states the defendant failed to provide ordered discovery by June 30, 2025 and refused to deliver documents. The court found willful contempt and entered multiple sanctions.

Among the remedies listed, the order states the court entered default judgment granting a permanent injunction that prohibits the defendant from operating organizations, businesses, or entities under the name Veterans for America First, VFAF, or any state chapter designation, and directs dissolution of related websites, social media accounts, press releases, or legal entities under the defendant’s control that violate the order.

The order also states that allegations in the plaintiff’s first request for admissions are deemed admitted pursuant to O.C.G.A. § 9-11-36(a)(1), the defendant’s answer and counterclaim are stricken under O.C.G.A. § 9-11-37(d), and $7,500 in litigation expenses and attorney’s fees are awarded, citing O.C.G.A. § 13-6-11 and O.C.G.A. § 9-15-14(b).

The order is signed by Superior Court Judge W. Travis Sakrison and reflects a filing timestamp of December 19, 2025.

L-Strategies and VFAF stated they have “no comment,” emphasizing that the order speaks for itself.
