Texas — January 20, 2026 — Veteran Kimberly Moyers, Vice President of the Texas State Chapter of Veterans for America First (VFAF), today announced the organizational endorsement of State Representative Steve Toth in his campaign for Congress in Texas’s 2nd Congressional District, supporting Toth in the Republican primary against incumbent Rep. Dan Crenshaw.
“Steve Toth has demonstrated a consistent, unwavering commitment to the men and women who serve our nation,” said Moyers. “He has stood with the National Guard and service members deployed to the border, defended medical freedom for our troops by opposing mandates, and supported expanding access to mental health resources for veterans and their families. His office has maintained an open-door policy that puts veterans first—listening, responding, and delivering results.”
Moyers emphasized Toth’s commitment to improving veterans’ healthcare by advancing Veterans’ Choice principles—prioritizing timely care, efficiency, and respect for those who served. She also cited Toth’s record of protecting families and children, including efforts to restrict ideological instruction in schools.
“Texas needs leaders who won’t compromise when it comes to security, liberty, and honor,” Moyers said. “Steve Toth is prepared to take the same bold, principled fight to Washington, D.C. I’m proud to endorse him because our veterans, military families, and future generations deserve uncompromising leadership.”
Steve Toth is currently campaigning for the Republican nomination in TX-02, where the primary is scheduled for March 3, 2026.
